The rules and guidelines governing your use of the Negombo Bharatha Association website and member services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Negombo Bharatha Association website ("Site") or any of our member services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

3. Member Portal
Access to the Member Portal is restricted to registered members of Negombo Bharatha Association. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them with others; notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account; and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the association's bylaws.
4. Membership
Membership in Negombo Bharatha Association is subject to the association's constitution and bylaws. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. The association reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership in accordance with its governing rules.
5. Event Registrations and Payments
When registering for events or making payments through the Site, you agree that all payment information provided is accurate and you are authorised to use the payment method; refund and cancellation policies are as stated on the specific event registration page; and in the absence of a stated policy, fees paid are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Negombo Bharatha Association or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. By submitting photographs or other content to the association, you grant Negombo Bharatha Association a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our activities.
