Process
How to Apply
Submit Application
Register on the portal with your personal details and submit a completed membership application form online.
Upload Documents
Attach required identity documents (NIC/Passport) and any additional documents requested by the secretariat.
Secretary Review
The Secretary reviews your application and documents for completeness, then forwards to the President for approval.
President Approval
Upon approval by the President, your application is processed and your membership status becomes active.
Member Card Issued
You receive a digital membership card with a QR code for verification and full access to the member portal.
Required Documents
Prepare the following before starting your application.
- ✓National Identity Card (NIC) or valid Passport
- ✓Recent passport-sized photograph
- ✓Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- ✓Completed membership application form
- ✓Two references from existing members (if applicable)
